EJX110A Differential Pressure Transmitter

General Description:
The Yokogawa EJX110A is a high-performance differential pressure transmitter with a single-crystal silicon resonant sensor1. It is designed for measuring the pressure of liquids, gases, and steam1. The transmitter outputs a 4 to 20 mA DC signal corresponding to the measured differential pressure1. Additionally, its sensor can measure static pressure, which can be viewed on an integral indicator or monitored remotely via BRAIN or HART communications1.

Yokogawa EJX110A Applications:
1) Measurement of liquid, gas, or steam flow.
2) Liquid level measurement1.
3) Density measurement1.
4) Pressure measurement1.
Installation Procedure:
1. Mounting: Mount the transmitter using its high-pressure side flange2.
2. Diaphragm Seals Installation: Install diaphragm seals on the high and low-pressure sides, ensuring correct labels are checked2. For tank liquid level measurement, set the minimum liquid level (zero point) at least 50 mm above the center of the high-pressure side diaphragm seal2.
3. Impulse Piping Installation: Take precautions when installing impulse piping and follow examples for connection 2.
4. Wiring: Make connections of external wiring to the terminal box and ensure proper grounding2.
