Q: Are you a trading company or manufacturer? 

 

We are a trading company focus on this industry for more than 13 years. We are professionals in this field to provide you one-stop solution for automation purchasing.

 

All goods are from the original factory, and we provide a 1-year warranty for all goods from us.


Q: Is there a minimum order quantity?


Our minimum order quantity is 1 unit.


Q: Is there a discount for purchasing in larger quantities?


Our prices fluctuate based on supply and other market factors. We also take customer requirements into account, and generally, the more you purchase, the more favorable the price, as we aim for volume sales with low margins. Please get in touch with us for more information, and we will provide you with a detailed quotation.


Q: Do you supply 100% original and new products? 

 

Yes. No copy, no fake, no refurbished, Original only.


Q: Regarding Certificates and Documentation


We can provide documents upon request, including certificates of origin, certificates of conformity, and other export-related documentation.


Q: How about Customs Duty & Handling Fee?

 

International buyers, whatever the custom duty or charges, if the buyer will bear any. Different countries charge Different customs duties. The buyer is responsible for paying all the charges.

 

Please check with customs in your country to know about the amount of the extra costs will be prior to purchasing.

 

Q: How long is your delivery time? 

 

It takes 2-3 working days if the goods are in stock. But it may take 3-5 days for those items to be out of stock. We will talk with you and make an agreement with you for the date we plan to ship out if there is any something unexpected.

 

Q: What are your terms of payment? 

 

We require 100% T/T payment before shipment. For goods with a delivery lead time, a 30% deposit is required upfront, with the remaining 70% payable before shipment. If you have a representative in China, please get in touch with us for payment in RMB. We accept payments via PayPal, TT, Ping Pong, and WESTERN UNION.


Q: Who pays for the shipping costs?


The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs. We will assist you in finding an economical and efficient carrier.


Q: What is the warranty period? 


The standard warranty period for brand-new, original products is one year. If the end user requires an extended warranty, please get in touch with us for arrangements and additional charges.


Q: What about the shipment?

 

We ship via FedEx, DHL, TNT, and UPS. If you have accounts with any of these carriers, you may arrange the shipment yourself. Shipping to your representative in China is free of charge. Our business operations are based in Xiamen, with the port of shipment also located in Xiamen. 


Q: Can you accept any return? 

 

All items are sold as it is. We accept returns requests only if the item was not sold as described in the listing.
